These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tanda, an independently developed app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tanda on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tanda. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Tanda offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription ($9.99 / month or $79.99 / year), with a 7-day free trial. Pricing shown in the app at purchase is authoritative.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no interfering with its operation or security, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Your content
Your financial entries are yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the app for you, such as processing and syncing your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Not financial advice
Tanda helps you record and understand your spending. It does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice, and parsed entries may contain errors. Review your data and make your own decisions.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
