Common questions
- How do I log an expense? Open the app, tap the mic, and say what you paid in any language. Tanda parses the amount, category, merchant, and date into an entry you confirm.
- Does my audio leave my phone? Only if you choose cloud transcription. With on-device transcription, audio never leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy.
- Does it work offline? Yes. Tanda is offline-first; your entries sync when you are back online if sync is on.
- Which currencies are supported? Multiple, including EGP, Gulf currencies, EUR, and USD.
Manage your subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Tanda account and all associated data at any time:
- In the app: open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account and synced data.
- By email: if you cannot access the app, write to [email protected] from your account email and ask us to delete your account.
We remove your data within 30 days, except limited records we must keep to meet legal obligations.
Export your data
You can export your entries from the app. If you need help, contact [email protected].
